At sellmyfone.co.uk, we make it simple and secure to send us your phone once you’ve placed a sell order. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process.

1. Sending Your Phone

After placing your order, carefully pack your device and arrange delivery via a trusted courier service of your choice.
We will reimburse up to £6 for postage costs, added to your phone payment..

2. Packaging Guidelines

  1. Remove personal items – Take out SIM cards, memory cards, and any accessories.
  2. Backup & reset your device – Save your data, then perform a factory reset for your privacy.
      For iPhone users:
    • Turn off Find My iPhone
    • Log out of your iCloud account
    • Reset the phone and erase all data
      For Android/Samsung users:
    • Log out of your Samsung, Google, or any manufacturer account
    • Perform a factory reset
  3. Power off your phone before shipping.
  4. Pack securely – Wrap your phone in bubble wrap or padding to prevent damage.
  5. ✅ Use a sturdy box or padded envelope for extra protection.

4. After Delivery

Once we receive your phone, our team will inspect its condition.
If it matches the details you provided, we’ll approve the quoted price and process your payment immediately.
If the condition differs, we’ll contact you with a revised offer.
If you accept the new offer → we’ll pay you right away.
If you decline → we’ll return your phone at no extra cost.
